Catching Up

I haven't been around much since August. There's just been too much going on in my life, and not much of it pleasant. Rather than "blog while angry" - or more accurate, "blog while in pain", I didn't blog at all. I hope to get back to it now, and even more frequently after the first of the year.

Today is a great day for reflection around here. It's bitterly cold (Wind chill in the low single digits, snow and blowing snow), not pleasant to be outside at all, and nothing pressing to do inside. Christmas shopping is done, gifts are mostly wrapped, and the tree... best not start there!

Here's hoping your Christmas will be as wonderful as you've always remembered, and that all your surprises are happy ones.
